This a 60 acre 3 patented load claim mines . There is approximately 3.5M tons of ore above ground that according to 2011 assay report with 3.3M oz. of recoverable gold. There is double the amount of silver. At today's prices for gold there is $4.4B in reserves above ground. The vien of gold in the ground is viable but reserves are unknown. Operations can start without permits to process 1,500 tons of ore per day, resulting in 1,400 oz of gold per day or $40MM per month. Even assuming high operational cost of 25% the net annually would be $360MM. All numbers are estimates based upon assay reports and potentially high operating cost.There is also an abundance of Silver and rare Earth Metals.

Historical Summary:
This Mine opened and ran 1920 to 1940 and started operating in the 1980's. The price of gold at that time made it uneconomical to keep operations.

If the buyer decides to do reclamation work to process the over 3MM ton of ore on the ground no permits are needed.
