I have a client looking to buy pool accounts in Miami Dade county under the following terms and conditions:

6-8 times monthly billing

3-5 months cash payment at closing

3 months of free pool service billed & collected by buyers.

90 day warranty from closing (3 months of service)

Seller will be paid within 3 days of customer paying

Buyer will view the pool with seller one time.

Buyer will ensure customer is paying their bill in a timely manner.
