(Bon Jovi, Chesney, McCartney, Aerosmith, etc.) The 250 acre East Coast site is also able to accommodate multi-day festivals such as Woodstock to include music and art, camping, boating, outdoor themed shows, rodeos, circuses, car shows/auctions, motorcycle rallies, etc. In addition, there is an existing Hill and Hole dirt drag racing track with lighting and bleachers. The property has Special Entertainment Development District (SEDD) exclusive zoning that includes RV camping, boxing, mixed martial arts, high-rise buildings, broadcasting, filming, multi-family housing, hotels, retail etc., including INDIAN GAMING! All allowed uses are by ordinance, not permit, which means that the uses NEVER need to be renewed! A State recognized local Native American tribe is currently under contract with the Owner to participate in an Indian Resort Hotel & Casino upon licensing.
