It is located on a beautiful ranch right in the quaint & rural Sonoma countryside. They have been included in several books on Artisan Cheeses in the US. They feature both fresh (pasteurized) and raw (aged) cheeses and have been showcased at slow foods events, in fine restaurants, stores, and farmer's markets. They are on the Sonoma County Cheese Trail and in the Marin Farmers Market (which currently has a five year wait).
