The Basis of the system would be a handheld parking meter management system that was developed and operated in South Africa for the last 13 years in more than 23 Cities and town in South Africa and Africa. The Patent Holder for the system is involved in the system in the CUT CRIME side that will be discussed in the proposal.

We would like an opportunity to share our vision of an integrated traffic, security, parking, bylaw, pounds, weigh bridges and employment solution.

COMMUNITY BENEFITS

We would like to offer the following in our proposal:
- 50% of the local JV to be held by local partners, staff and management
- 25% to be held by the Technology Company
- 40% of total revenue to go as income to the local staff
- 25% of total revenue, with no costs, to the local municipality
- Proactively target a high labour-intensive sector, absorbing unskilled and semi-skilled labour, youths and women, Training to Peace Officer level
- 10 staff to be employed per camera installed, 1 camera for every road
- As many cameras as required for schools, by laws, dangerous roads etc.
- Free Internet around every camera, at all schools and around the offices
- Computers / laptops / hand held devices to all staff, together with training
- Mobile cameras to cover those areas where fixed cameras get known
- Pound per area, for cars, animals and goods removed from illegal traders
- Parking enforcement, supplying employment and sustainable jobs
- By law enforcement, from street trading to illegal waste disposal
- No charge to the municipality or the staff, system generates income
- Cameras assists in combating crime, Uniformed operators deter criminals
