This is a niche guitar business, and we're either number two or number three of the top three makers of this type of guitar. Instruments in this niche sell for $995-$4000, and of the top three makers, our pricing is the most favorable, with several patented advantages to our design as well.
I've been in the process of retiring from this business for a couple of years, and have neglected the marketing, with the result that our sales have slipped. Of course, it can be restored. Our highest months have been around $20,000. The entire operation can be run by one man, or with a single part-time helper if you wish. (Local wage scales are quite low.) Of course, if you're aggressive, there is much more expansion possibility than what I've done.
Yes
There are a couple of ways that the owner could live on the premises. If you buy the property, you can also buy the 1200 foot 3-bedroom house adjacent on the same property. If you buy the business, you can lease the space (and/or living quarters). We'll discuss.
No additional planning consents should be required.

Quite flexible. Most business arrives through our online marketing system, worldwide sales.
I'm a professional trainer by past experience, and can provide whatever support/training is needed, with our pricing adjusted accordingly.
Business Relocatable
Yes
I would consider some slight owner financing for part of the sales price, especially if the business stays in place and leases the space. Lease to buy on the property might be an option, with significant initial deposit.
I'm retiring from this business.
