The Company is a highly profitable commercial and residential glass fabrication and installation business located in Southwestern New Hampshire. It is the only major glass and fabrication company of this size and capability to effectively service a customer base for a radius of 50 miles of its location. It is widely known and recognized for superior service, reliability, quality installations and overall engineering excellence. The Company’s customer base is split as approximately 80% commercial and 20% residential. There is a high potential for new residential division in response to the absorption of business from the other residential glass companies that are closing. Geographical expansion is also an opportunity.

The Company has strong multiple general contractor relationships, which provides a continuous source of repeat business. As a non-union shop the Company has a very competitive cost advantage that is recognized by its client base. With many suppliers to choose from and excellent relationships with each of these suppliers, the Company is able to negotiate good prices for all materials required for jobs. While some work is obtained on a sole-sourced basis, the Company wins a good share of bids as a result of selectively choosing the best proposals to submit, as well as pricing its services favorably against the known competition. The Company has a stable, tenured, competent and reliable work force. A strong management component and a staff of highly skilled and experienced glaziers and foremen are in place to continue supporting and growing the Company in the future.
